Primary education (normal) :

Employment direction: graduates mainly teach in various primary schools inside and outside Jiangsu Province, and work in basic education research institutions inside and outside Jiangsu Province.

Preschool education (normal) :

Training objectives: to cultivate kindergarten teachers with good political and ideological quality, lofty professional ethics, profound educational feelings, systematic mastery of theoretical knowledge and basic methods of educational research of preschool education, basic abilities of kindergarten education and teaching, class management and professional reflection, and competent for the work of kindergarten or other kinds of children's social service institutions teacher.

Main courses: preschool education, preschool health, kindergarten curriculum, preschool children development science, preschool education research methods, children's behavior observation and guidance, children's games and guidance, etc.

Employment direction: all kinds of kindergartens and children's social service institutions inside and outside Jiangsu Province.

musicology:

Training objectives: to cultivate high-quality music professionals with good moral quality, profound humanistic quality, love for art, master systematic basic theory and basic skills of musicology, innovative spirit, practical ability and certain education, teaching and research ability.

Main courses: professional piano, professional vocal music, professional instrumental music, applied harmony, impromptu accompaniment, chorus and conductor, music teaching method, etc.

Employment direction: art management, professional performance, music production; music teaching and research in primary and secondary schools and training institutions.

小学教育(师范类):

培养目标:培养具有正确的专业理念、高尚的师德修养、良好的教育情怀,掌握系统的小学教育专业理论和技能,具备扎实的学科素养和小学教育教学、班级管理、专业发展能力,胜任小学语文或数学等基础学科的教学、研究工作的应用型教师。

就业方向:毕业生主要到江苏省内外各类小学任教,江苏省内外基础教育研究机构工作等。

学前教育(师范类):

培养目标:培养具有良好的政治思想素质、崇高的职业道德、深厚的教育情怀,系统掌握学前教育专业理论知识和教育研究基本方法,具备幼儿园教育教学、班级管理和专业反思的基本能力,能够胜任幼儿园或其它各类儿童社会服务机构保教、研究等工作的幼儿园教师。

主要课程:学前教育学、学前卫生学、幼儿园课程、学前儿童发展科学、学前教育研究方法、儿童行为观察与指导、幼儿游戏与指导等。

就业方向:江苏省内外各类幼儿园、儿童社会服务机构等。

音乐学:

培养目标:培养具有优良道德品质、深厚的人文素养,热爱艺术事业,掌握系统的音乐学专业基础理论、基本技能,具有创新精神、实践能力和一定教育教学及研究能力的高素质音乐专门人才。

主要课程:专业钢琴、专业声乐、专业器乐、应用和声、即兴伴奏、合唱与指挥、音乐教学法等。
